You'd never know I was an organised person some days.
Today, I was all set to go to step. Then my alarm went off - today was the social club breakfast barbecue and I didn't have time to do the class. In fact, I didn't have time to go to the gym. I enjoyed my breakfast though. Later in the day I booked myself a game of tennis tomorrow, then realised I was already booked to do something else. I had to cancel the tennis.
Hmm, this is starting to sound like a good reason to buy myself a PDA. Mind you, I have trouble remembering to carry my mobile phone with me so I've no idea how I'd manage a PDA too. My mobile phone is pretty special too, with a qwerty keyboard, which makes adding calendar entries really easy. Seeing my phone has many of the functions of a PDA it makes it a little hard to justify buying one.
I went to the gym tonight and walked on the treadmill for half an hour, then went wandering around the shopping centre for another hour. Other than that, no significant exercise.

I used a PDA for about a year, a few years back, but gave it away, found it to be a bit of a pain. Like you, I struggle to manage my phone too, so that and a laptop and a PDA was just too much for me. You're right, with the phones & PDAs are sort of merging these days. The latest thing at my work is the Blackberries, but I've decided I definitely don't want one - it's bad enough being contactable 24x7 by phone, let alone having to answer emails 24x7 too!
I'd love a PDA! I am such a gadget person! I'd have to ditch the phone though. I looked at the PDA's and the Blackberries but if I'm going to get so many features I want ALL the features. So I'm going to wait a year or two until they invent a PDA with the functionality and memory of a laptop. How good would it be to be able to google an academic text, get the bibliographical details, request the e-version from the university, have it sent to your email, then downloaded and read it while I'm on the bus to work, or on a plane (even better!) all on something the size of an envelope! That's like I also want a wireless MP3 with my wrist GPS - but smaller than the Garmin. Not unreasonable I think!
By the way, GREAT weight loss and deidcation to your 12 week challenge!! Well done.
